Alison is a former senior executive with large ASX and international organisations such as Avaya and Oracle. Her career of 27 years includes 24 years holding senior corporate positions in IT and Strategic Business Development in consulting and service delivery environments. She has managed multiple large-scale teams through restructuring, downsizing and outsourcing.
Her strengths and background in change management and managing team moral and engagement position her perfectly for working in Mindful Leadership Training in a corporate environment. In addition, Alison has a BA (Languages Major), is a certified Emotional Intelligence Facilitator (GENOS), Master Practitioner of NLP and a Professional Coach (London Coaching Academy). She is also currently studying a Diploma in Positive Psychology. She is fully certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and has been teaching classes for more than 10 years.
